The ADS Diagnostic
Find the highest-leverage constraint in your ads, funnel, and follow-up—before you spend more money changing the wrong thing.
A structured diagnostic engagement for coaches, consultants, and expert-led businesses.
The expensive pattern
You change the creative because the cost per lead increased.
You widen the audience because delivery slowed down.
You rebuild the landing page because registrations are low.
You increase the budget because the campaign needs more data.
Any of those actions could be right. The problem is acting before the evidence tells us which one is right.
How the diagnostic works
Advertising, landing pages, registration, attendance, sales, and follow-up are treated as one connected system.
Clarify the offer, audience, objective, economics, and business context.
Document the real journey from first impression to the desired business outcome.
Verify definitions, date ranges, attribution, sample size, and tracking quality.
Locate the strongest evidence of the current limiting constraint.
Rank possible actions by impact, confidence, effort, and learning value.
Make a controlled change, observe the result, and update the diagnosis.
Diagnosis in practice
These anonymized cases show how ADS turns connected funnel data into a focused decision. Percentages are shown instead of client identities, financial figures, or private campaign details.
The campaign was generating registrations, but the largest measured loss happened after registration. That made buying more traffic the wrong first move. The priority became attendance and webinar delivery while preserving the acquisition system that was already working.
Decision: Continue improving attendance and downstream conversion. Do not rebuild the acquisition system without evidence that it has become the constraint.
Observed result, not single-cause proof. Several technical and communication repairs occurred during the period, so the improvement cannot responsibly be credited to one change.
The advertising platform reported more registrations than the verified backend. Reconciliation showed an 8.6% reporting difference—not enough evidence to declare tracking broken. The more important finding appeared when the verified audience was followed downstream.
108.6% platform-attributed registrations relative to the verified backend total. Classified as attribution and reporting variance—not missing people.
Decision: Evaluate campaign efficiency through attendance, meaningful webinar exposure, and verified downstream outcomes—not cost per registration alone.
Purchase attribution is intentionally excluded here because the available records could not establish one-to-one campaign attribution for every transaction.
What you receive
A mapped view of your advertising and funnel system
Tracking and data-quality findings separated from performance findings
The primary constraint, supporting evidence, and confidence level
A prioritized recommendation and controlled validation plan
A clear list of what should not be changed yet
A good fit if
Not the right fit if
Experience, formalized
ADS Intelligence formalizes years of hands-on work helping business owners resolve problems across advertising, funnels, webinars, follow-up, and technical setup. The six-stage diagnostic method is now being documented and strengthened through formal case work. Recommendations remain evidence-based, and outcomes depend on the quality of the available data and the execution of the validation plan.
Start with clarity
If there is enough evidence to diagnose the system responsibly, we will identify the scope and next step. If there is not, I will tell you what must be measured first.
